WHO WE TREAT
teenagers
I have a particular interest in the changing pelvis and posture of a teenage girls and how this may affect their menstrual cycle and emotional cycle. I have a special interest in trying to help young girls with the effects that a changing body and emotions can have when these changes start to occur which can be different for every young girl as they grow. I hope to help them feel comfortable in their body with all aspects of their menstrual cycle and empower them to feel connected to their body in a deeper way. Wishing I had this knowledge as a teenage girl inspires me to try and help more young people where I can.
