WHO WE TREAT

Pre / POST NATAL

WOMEN

Working with women whilst they are pregnant can help with the aches and pains associated with your body as it softens and accommodates a growing baby. I use gentle techniques to release tensions in spinal muscles and ligaments of the pelvis to ease the accommodation and adaptions that some women also have to make due to habitual work patterns ie sitting a lot at work or even standing all day at work whilst pregnant. I work with women postnatally to help them recover and regain strength in their body. I use my yoga knowledge to help women build strength and rebalance their pelvic floor after I have treated them with gentle techniques post-delivery, which can be sometimes many years after having their children.
